You can have have your antibodies any way you like - just tell us about your requirements. For your convenience however, we have put together a few antibody packages that are most frequenly requested;

Additions and modifications

Your project can be extended and modified in anyway you like. Some of the most requested additions are:

· Pre-immune sera for screening purposes
  This service is intended for testing pre-immune sera from several hosts prior to immunization.
  Pre-immune serum is always included with your order at no additional cost.
  200 SEK / 21 Euro including one week reservation
  110 SEK / 12 Euro per host per additional week of reservation

· Continuation of project
  1750 SEK / 190 Euro per host per four-week cycle

· ELISA analysis
  550 SEK / 60 Euro per analysis

· Supplying of antiserum in aliquots
  220 SEK / 24 Euro per 25 x 1 ml serum

· Addition of sodium azide
  Free of charge

· Sterile filtration of antiserum
  550 SEK / 60 Euro per serum sample

· Affinity purification of antiserum
  6600 SEK / 720 Euro (using 20 ml serum)

· IgG purification of antiserum
  2200 SEK / 240 Euro (using 20 ml serum)

· Peptide affinity column
  2200 SEK / 240 Euro

· Antibody affinity column
  have your antibodies immobilized on sepharose gel
  8800 SEK / 960 Euro (using 20 ml serum, affinity purification included)

· Antibody biotinylation
  1650 SEK / 180 Euro (using 25 mg IgG)
